POLICY

DRICOPER DENIM offers free shipping on orders within Australia regardless of your order’s quantity or value.

SHIPPING TIME
We use Australia Post Express to deliver your orders; delivery occurs Mon- Fri between 8am to 5pm.You may be required to sign for delivery. If you are not available at the premises and want the parcel to be delivered without signature, then please let us know while placing the order. 
All orders are provided with a tracking number and can be traced easily.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Any orders placed before 1pm on a business working day will be processed and dispatched the same day for Express delivery in 1-3 days. And orders placed on a weekend day will be processed and dispatched on coming Monday to be delivered Express in 1-3 days

DISCLAIMER
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing the order, as we are unable to re-direct packages once the order has been dispatched. DRICOPER will not be liable for any loss suffered by you through any reasonable delay in delivery.

RISK AND OWNERSHIP

INTERNATIONAL

POLICY
We accept international orders.

SHIPPING TIME

The shipping time on international order vary depending on your country and region. Normally the delivery of your goods may take between 3 to 6 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES
All international orders will be charged A$ 20 flat rate. You may be required to pay extra charges where you request change in address.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Any orders placed before 1pm on a business working day will be processed and shipped the same day. And orders placed on a weekend day will be processed and dispatched on coming Monday to be delivered.

DUTIES AND TAXES
DRICOPER DENIM is not responsible for any further duties and taxes, which may be applied to customers in the country where delivery is placed. Any kind of duties, foreign taxes or other charges is the responsibility of customer. We recommend our customers to ensure the laws and regulations of duties and taxes payable in your region.

RETURNS POLICY

We do accept returns from our customers but you are required to make sure that:

-  The item(s) should be retained in its original packaging & condition with all tags attached.

-  The item(s) should not be worn, tampered, damaged or washed.

-  The item(s) should be accompanied with the proof of purchase.

-  The item(s) should be returned to DRICOPER HQ within 20 days of purchase.

Upon receipt of the return item, they will be reviewed and once cleared will issue a refund /exchange or credit note.

Simply fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM for the product which you wish to return/exchange and fill out the information required.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customer will be responsible to pay the shipping charges for the returns. DRICOPER DENIM will not be responsible for any missing incoming deliveries and will not reimburse any shipping cost of returns.
 
IMPORTANT
