Online Returns

You are welcome to return/exchange any item bought from DRICOPER DENIM website directly.

We cannot accept returns if bought from third party store or online site stocking Dricoper Denim.

Pls contact the store where you purchased the merchandise from.

To ensure smooth process, pls follow the below guidelines.

All requests for returns must be received within 20 days of the receipt of your order and items must be in as-new condition with all original swing tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange where the products do not meet these conditions.

Please note that we do accept return or exchange on all sale items.

Please be aware that we do not cover the shipping cost to send returns back to us (unless the product is faulty).

Conditions of Returns

- The merchandise was bought through

- Return must be delivered to our warehouse within 20days of purchase.

- Proof of purchase must be provided along with the returned merchandise.

- The merchandise returning must retain in its original packaging & condition with all tags attached.

- The merchandise should not be worn, tampered with, damaged or washed.

Any item that does not meet the above criteria will not be valid for return or exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, our warehouse team will review and process within 2-3 days. However, there could be delays due to public holidays.

How to Return - By Post

Step 1

Pls ensure that the items meet the given conditions above.

Step 2

Submit your return via our Return Form. Follow the prompts and fill your required request. Please add # before the order number while filling the return form (e.g. #DD1000). For exchange, pls mention the size.

Step 3

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with Australia Post website link. You can create a label to send the return item to our warehouse. Or you can use your own preferred carrier.

Step 4

Once your items is been received by the warehouse, they will process your return within 2-3 business days. For refunds, please allow 4-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. For exchange, a new tracking number will be emailed to you once the parcel is shipped.
