We accept returns from our customers but you are required to make sure that:
- The item(s) should be retained in its original packaging & condition with all tags attached.
- The item(s) should not be worn, tampered with, damaged or washed.
- The item(s) should be returned to DRICOPER HQ within 20 days of purchase.
Upon receipt of the returned item, they will be reviewed and once cleared will issue a refund /exchange or credit note.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- Simply fill out the Return/Exchange Form for the product you wish to return/exchange and fill out the required information.
- You are required to mention the return authorisation number on the parcel.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your return and notify you of the outcome through email.
- The return of faulty items may take a slightly longer time to process, as our Quality Control Unit will inspect faulty items.

RETURN SHIPPING
The customer will be responsible to pay the shipping charges for the returns. DRICOPER DENIM will not be responsible for any missing incoming deliveries and will not reimburse any shipping cost of returns.

We ensure the quality of all items before they are dispatched to customers. However, if you receive any faulty item please notify DRICOPER DENIM HQ immediately.

Sale-purchased items are also qualified for refund or exchange of size.
